I love the milk chocolate delight flavor. One shake has 15g of protein vs some other brands that have 30g. Probably why those other ones taste chalky and not too good. I just can’t drink them all the time, I don’t enjoy them. These Atkin ones I can drink and enjoy every day. I love the flavor and it taste like one of those mocha ice coffees from a coffeehouse. Price a bit high, but it's pretty much worth it. I drink one and it fills me up for a good long while. That works for me.

These shakes are delicious. They are also very low in carbohydrates especially if you subtract the dietary fiber from the carbohydrate total. They are not low-calorie however and not for every diet.
