So far I wore these on a four day backpacking trip and a few casual days in the city. They’re lightweight, slightly stretchy/good mobility, dry quickly, have secure pockets, and are tough enough. I sat and knelt on the rocks, hiked about 20 miles, plus we did a little cross country where I climbed down a couple hundred feet of rock and brush. I don’t see any signs of fraying or abrasion so I’m happy with them. They’re a more comfortable material for hiking than the blue jeans I’d previously been hiking in, but being lighter and thinner, they don’t feel as durable -though they may prove to be be in time. ... show more

These by far of the most superior pants to wear for working, and I wear the khaki color and a nice shirt on every job at the beginning to get the contract it’s part of our uniforms. I buy a pair for every single worker on my crew as well as their dry fit T-shirts my workers absolutely love these. I am by one pair after that they’re responsible and every single one has come to me and bought several pairs of these pants. The ones that I keep clean and wear on a daily basis going out or whatever are phenomenal for laying around it feels like you have pajamas on . I’m not getting paid at all. I say this this is honestly how I feel about these. I wear them every single day every single color I have certain ones picked out depending on what jobs I’m doing per day. Ones for days that I’m painting ones for days that I am doing carpentry work ones that I’m doing tile work ones that I go fishing with or go hunting or go for a hike I even wear him out on dates the nice khaki colored ones I have had several comments by my date saying those things feel amazing. They’re very stretchy. They’re very durable when it comes to rain they will get soaking wet, but they will dry out faster than anything you could imagine . These by far are the best pants to get especially if you’re working in the summer months even right now it’s in the 40s and I just put a pair of longjohns on and I can walk down to about 35°. After that I gotta put more clothes on they let a lot of air through them. They’re very cooling in the summertime. They’re not the best for winter, but wrangler makes another type of pants for that. But the mobility that you get from these pants is outstanding, you don’t have to pull your pant legs up to bend down or to stretch, nothing it just does it for you automatically if you’re walking across beams or trusses putting up a house you don’t have to worry about your crotch hanging up and pulling your bluejeans. If you’re not sold by now, you never will be sold and you’re missing out on the worlds best pants made for outdoor workers whether it be construction lawn care, pressure, washing a Automotive building, skyscrapers, pouring concrete, anything like that whatsoever especially in the summertime you will not find a better pair of pants and their slogan should be that and your money should be giving back to you if you can prove it because you can’t prove there’s a better pair out there than these it’s impossible at least not what I’ve ran into and I have had over 30 years of experience. Buy a pair give them a try and I guarantee you will be buying at least five pairs and then you’ll be buying pairs to wear out on date night with your wife, or the in-laws are in you’ll keep a special pair on the side the khaki ones that go with everything and you’ll be 100% comfortable just don’t buy up all my size. You will not be happy I promise you feel free to buy me a pair because you will not go wrong. You will be super happy. And they make shorts out of the same material too so you can jump in the pool swim around and have a great time get out you don’t even have to change they will dry super fast wear synthetic underwear and in 10 to 15 minutes you’ll be completely dry. These are stretchy and your normal waist size might be too big after wearing for an hour. The front pockets are not as deep as other Wrangler pants. Once I sized down they fit and feel great..They stay looking neat and not baggy or saggy. The darker colors hide the dirt and stains very well. On vacation they can be sink washed and hung to dry. Purchased these for hiking. I already had several similar pair so thought I would give these a try. They fit true to size, at least the way I like for hiking pants to fit. They have a somewhat jeans type of fit, but maybe a little tighter in the legs, which I like in a hiking pant. The tighter fit makes them handle brush better than loose fitting pants. As an avid hiking hunter who values comfort and functionality, I recently tried out a pair of lightweight pants. While they excelled in terms of comfort, I found their durability to be questionable due to fabric pilling. First and foremost, let's talk about comfort. These pants were incredibly comfortable to wear during long hikes and extended hunting trips. The lightweight fabric provided excellent breathability, allowing for effective moisture-wicking and keeping me cool even in direct sunlight. The fit was a little small for what I usually wear. I saw other reviews stating to try a size larger and I am glad that I did. I normally wear a 32 waist, but I ordered a 34 and I am glad that I did. These pants have a slightly athletic cut yet offer ample flexibility and freedom of movement, which is crucial when traversing uneven terrain. Over time, I noticed fabric pilling occurring on the inner thigh and seat areas, which was disappointing. It's worth noting that I crawling through brush and climbing over rocks, which is probably the main cause of the pilling issue. Despite the concern over durability, these lightweight hiking pants still offer several advantages. Their comfort and breathability make them ideal for warm-weather hunts or extended hikes in the wilderness. I chose the size I normally wear, 36x32 and the waist was too loose and the length too long. I went to a local Tractor Supply store and found the perfect size for me were 34x30 which fit like a 36x32 in my other jeans and slacks. Keep this in mind when you order them on Amazon. Light, quick drying, and don't feel like they weigh 2 ton when you're working in the yard in August heat. Order a size smaller than you normally would. My wrangler jeans are 32x32, so i figured these would be sized the same. That didn't work out. I ended up returning and getting a 30x20 pair and they fit perfect. I'm 5'9" and 185 pounds. They will snag on you if you're working with thorns or rough brush, so I wouldn't recommend them for real heavy duty tasks. ... show more
