  • Sets the bar high.
Style: 27" OLED QHD 0.03ms 480Hz G-SYNC True 10...
This is a quality monitor that’s very thin and light weight. It has excellent performance and superb colors. It’s a perfect size monitor for gaming or everyday use, it sets the bar high. With this purchase you won’t have to upgrade for a very long time so the value is perfect.

  • Excellent choice. High quality, well priced!
Style: 28" 4K
I'm switching from 2021 Sam sung 4k 28" monitors that both failed right after the warranty expired. I've always had good luck with Asus products, so I chose to go back to Asus on my monitors as well. No regrets with buying two of these to replace them! 1st improvement is that these do not have wall warts or power supply bricks, so cabling was a breeze with the standard PC 3-pin power cables. 2nd feature I like is the super thin, almost frameless design. While the viewable size isn't the size of the actual display when off, it adds for a sleek look, especially when running two side-by-side. The image quality is excellent, brightness is good, and response time is perfect. I have a gaming PC connected to both, A PS5 to one, and a Raspberry Pi 4 and MS Surface connected to the other. The monitors transition seamlessly from one input to the other as things are powered on.. a feature with my Sam sungs that was a pain because I had to cycle inputs manually behind the monitors. The stand has 4 screws holding it in that can be used for the VESA mounting which is a great design. Last but not least, these have a gaming mode.. so playing hardcore in COD, the displays have a customizable and adjustable on-screen sight to assist. Love it! ... show more

  • Excellent large format monitor with bells, whistles, and probably more.
Style: 38" 4K Fast IPS 144Hz FreeSync Premium Pro
This is as big as it gets without going to OLED or a "TV", picture is good although not a standout IMO - I previously had a LG 32MU59-B from 2018 and I don't think this looks any better, but the ASUS has lots more features and significantly higher refresh rate plus a lot more real estate. Stand is very limited; I went with a floor standing replacement so I could position the monitor perfectly for my setup. You will also likely need an adapter for mounting a camera to the top - nice that there is a mount & USB available for one though. One last complaint is the input placements are... bad. LIke, wtf were they thinking bad IMO - I'm sure for the right setup they work but the power cable positioning is not great all the way on the right side and requiring a 90deg plug, the DP outputs force the cable into a weird kink if you want to use their cover. I love the size, picture quality (it's good), and refresh rate/sync options. HDR is a bust IMO since Win11 seems to really hate it with weird effects when you move HDR windows around. On sale it's a good option, at full price I'd pass and opt for something smaller or bite the bullet on OLED (I'm not convinced for PC use yet, I do have an LG C3 TV which is good but also, to me, somewhat unimpressive from a PQ standpoint). This is also one of the few newer monitors in large format out there in late '24 - all of the OLEDs currently available are using C2 era panels and very few flat monitors in this size are available in LED. ... show more

  • Dont know what to think.
Style: 28” Fast IPS 4K 144Hz G-SYNC
It's a good monitor. Vibrant colors. 4k resolution. 144 hz with 1ms response time. If you're going from 1440p to 4k you wont see a big jump like 1080p to 2k. My only gripe is HDR. Whenever I turn it on, the colors seem more dull even though I've tried calibrating the settings. My biggest gripe is when I'm gaming on the Xbox Series X it seems like the video input is constantly changing when going from in game to the home screen instead of a smooth transition between game and home menu. The screen will flash black as if it were changing video input signals and does the same when going back to in game. Is this what HDR suppose to do? I don't see how anyone would be OK with this. It also makes loading longer than it should. Due to this, I just leave HDR off as it looks better without imo. Not sure if it's the XBOX series X doing this or the monitor. ... show more

  • Beautiful gaming monitor with all the features I wanted
Style: 38" 4K Fast IPS 144Hz FreeSync Premium Pro
Big, bright screen with excellent color rendering and great features for gaming, such as supporting both GSync and FreeSync, HDR, 144Hz, and anti-ghosting pixel overdrive settings. It seems well built and has a sturdy metal stand. It is an IPS panel not an OLED panel. This means it cannot produce the inky blacks that OLED does, but it will never have image burn-in the way OLEDs can. If you're ok with that and you're in the market for a big monitor that's not so big that it overwhelms your desk then this is an excellent option. ... show more
