    • Great performance but screen freezes a lot.
I bought this computer because I wanted to use it for gaming, school, and listening to audiobooks. At first it worked fine, but the more I use it the more complaints I have. First off, I just want to say I accidentally downloaded a few viruses (DON'T DOWNLOAD MINECRAFT MODS, KIDS), but I took the laptop to the computer repair shop almost immediately and had the hard drive wiped, so I don't think that is what's causing the issues. The first issue I have with this laptop is that when running Minecraft (without any fancy settings, mods or shaders) the fans start blowing very hot air out of the sides of the computer, right where my mouse pad is. Apparently this is pretty common across all laptops, but it's an issue I don't think should exist. The second and more glaringly terrible problem is that the screen freezes frequently and at random. It doesn't matter what I'm doing, it froze when I was only running the computer settings menu. sometimes it freezes twice in one minute. I've tried downloading new graphics drivers, I called customer support (which wasn't that helpful), and I'm tired of trying things to make my new laptop actually run after like 3 weeks of using it. I might as well stick with my old laptop, which I have had for ten years and which sounds like a car without a muffler when it starts up.
