DO NOT BUY!!! It's pure garbage. We bought this for our 7 year old who really wanted a telescope for his bday. Put it together as said in the very short non detailed instructions, and can't see anything at all!! We went with this as a starter to see how much he will actually stay interested and now have to buy a whole new LEGIT telescope that we should have gone with in the first place.
