I am very glad I found this renewed deal for the A50's. I was hesitate to spend full MSRP on a gaming headset. Maybe I have never really had a great headset before, but the sound from these blew me away with the Dolby Atmos activated. It was like I was playing a whole new game (I play Destiny 2 mostly) and it sounded phenomenal. In PVP mode I could easily discern if the footsteps coming my way were to my left, right, or behind me. I actually get significantly higher scores that I usually do in the last few days. Music is immersive with these on. I'm hearing details and nuance I never heard in my favorite songs. Cons: they are a bit heavy and the padding on the top headband pops off randomly if I pull it too snug on my head. The noise cancelling is terrible compared to my Sony's that I use for airplane travel...I am not sure I even notice the noise cancelling, maybe my settings are off. Overall, these are a great buy if you play games or listen to music on your PC in a somewhat quiet environment. ... show more

The driver in the right ear cup was lose so it rattled around a high pitch ringing/audio tearing at loud volume they just “clean” the headset and call it a day I used the A40s for years and they were great so I thought I’ll try the A50s decided to save money by going refurbished but I’d just recommend spending the extra 50 or so and get them new ... show more

Maybe I just had some faulty ones or something but while I liked the dock and the wireless aspect of the headphones I just seemed to have more issues than anything. A lot of times the audio would cut out, or I would get a lot of like static/whitenoise which would distort my game sound, youtube videos, etc. The software center also did not work well when trying to update or change any settings. I did return these and get some A40s which work like a charm though. But yeah overall just did not have a good experience with these wireless headphones. ... show more

Arrives in official packaging and lo and behold, the right headphone does not work at all. Tried all manufacturer recommendations to get it working. Pairing, unpairing, restart, checked firmware, and hard reset, all to no effect. What a waste of time to sell broken products.

Party chat works but no game sound. Updated firmware with their app. No help. Called Logitech support and pretty quickly got a newer firmware from support and fixed the issue. Support got to the point and fixed the problem. Nice to not end up in an endless call with tech apologizing 20 times. Fix the issue and move on.
