Description

Window screens custom built to your specifications. Select your frame color and add customizations. All screen frames are standard 5/16" x 3/4" aluminum and come with external color matched corners and the hardware of your choice. Hardware will be located on the width (left to right measurement, which is the top / bottom). If you need the hardware on the height, simply reverse the measurements. These are custom made to your sizes plus or minus 1/16". Please be sure you check your measurements.The easiest way to measure would be from an existing or old screen of the same size... Shipping may require a signature. check for damage before excepting delivery. No returns for custom orders.

3.5 stars (rounded to four). What an easier way to get new screens compared to contacting a window supply specialist! These are very basic but made to order and do the job well. Screens arrived earlier than expected. Fit well for most part if not slightly smaller than I imagined. Compared to the prior screen I measured it was about a quarter inch less on width but able to put in desired spaces with a little maneuvering. I ordered five screens, four large and one small. All arrived in expected condition except the small one which was bent. Was able to bend it back into a mostly straight configuration and was able to fit into window, but am requesting a replacement. Will update review to five stars if replacement is sufficient! ... show more

I have an old house with many windows that need screens replaced and I put the project off for years because I just assumed it will be impossible to get what I wanted, but these custom replacement window screens are perfect and exactly what I needed. And they're *very* helpful and responsive with customer support -- I wasn't exactly clear on the ordering process and I messed up the first screen that I ordered but they were very accommodating and very generous and helping me to get back on track for all the subsequent window screens I needed to replace in my old house. Dimensions are perfect and the side that isn’t curved/bent, sits perfectly in window. It was packaged well and the box wasn’t damaged so it must have shipped bent? Even though it says refund if arrives damaged or defective, there’s no way to actually request a refund or a replacement product. Very disappointed and when we first received it, I was ready to order more for some of our other windows because the quality seemed good. I was really worried we would measure wrong and I understand not getting a refund if we had sent incorrect measurements, but the measurements were perfect and we ended up with a product that is going to let in bugs.
