Let me start by saying this is a great light. I recently volunteered for a bicycle race, and drive a 12 passenger van, which is important later. Most of the van drivers supplied their own lights, and mine was the best performing, in low light the side lights really help to illuminate the sides of the vehicle. However in using my VHF radio i could clearly hear static or noise that was visually synced to the light bar. The faster the pattern, the more noise induced into the radio. I went so far as to isolate the power for just the radio on its own battery, and the light bar connected to the van. I also went so far to locate my antenna at the front end of the van, and the bar at the back end, which was about 15 feet (this is a large van) I also intended to use this for my personal truck which only has about 6 feet of roof, obviously a problem. Sadly i am returning this, as I need a clean radio signal more than i need lights. I did reach out to the seller but the only recommendation was to make more room.
