I bought this for my wife's birthday. Sent in a photo of our two dogs and the results were really amazing. I don't know how they get the 3D profile from just a photo but it looks super cool. I was also amazed at how fast the product was made and shipped. It only took a few. hours after ordering to receive notice that the item had shipped. I couldn't believe they could fabricate a custom glass photo so fast. Shipping was included and it was not the slow boat. Came via FedEx in just a couple of days. The image we used was a scan of a old style photo from 25 years ago. So my expectations were muted. I was very positively surprised by the quality of the glass 3D image. I only wish I had a true high def image to begin with, because I think the outcome then would have been spectacular. The turn around time was faster than I expected. My only knock is that the "large" version I ordered is much thicker and heavier than expected. The online images do not give you an accurate feel for the thickness, only the height and width.
