I got these as terrain for Dungeons & Dragons (5e). They're just the right size for battle maps on a 1" square grid! Super happy with the set I received. D20 included in the pics as a size reference.

    • More suitable for battle scenes than trains
Interesting items. Larger/heavier than I expected (which is good in my case), so they can work w/any scale. However, the items all look like they survived an artillery battle. They have a black/burned-out look about them. The flattest of the rocks has what looks like part of an old crankcase molded into it.... I'll cover that part with some "mud" or grass. So, I will be able to use the rocks.. The logs are really well done, but I will probably give them away to a friend, because, baring a way to convert them, they will not meet my needs..... ... show more

The logs look very realistic as well as the rocks but the color, while good for the logs is not good for the rocks. The detail is great...no complaints about that but I have to repaint or touch up the rocks as they tend to look like something my dog will be proud of!
