    • Good Looking, Comfy, but Poor Durability
I've had these shoes for around a year and while they look great and are fairly comfortable, they only last about a year (for my usage). They may last longer if cared for diligently by cleaning and applying synthetic leather conditioner often. Usage: Around 5-6 times a week for relatively light usage (non-daily to office, around town, cycling). Occasional longer walks or hikes. Immediate: The sole, especially the heel, will wear away fairly quickly with any grinding or sliding. Going down a slide once left a visible dent at the end of the sole. The synthetic leather quickly develops creases, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Around 1 month in - Finish on the sides and near the heel is starting to wear away to reveal white below the blue finish. Could have easily been avoided if the entire plastic piece was colored throughout. Around 10 months in - The leather upper of the shoes is beginning to separate from the sole, specifically near the toe box where the sole goes from slim to thick. This caused the shoes to loose their water resistance and walking through a small puddle would result in wet socks. It was at this point that I super glued the upper to the sole and retired the shoes to "beater" status. Felt like this shoe degraded faster than expected, but then again I knew what I was getting into for a ~$40 "lifestyle" shoe. Overall I don't think I would recommend these with the exceptions: Can't find a similar style, can't afford a higher quality real leather shoe, don't mind getting new shoes often, or plan on extremely light usage. ... show more

I think the title says it all. These shoes are so comfortable and I love the way they look. I can wear them with jeans like I am in these pictures, I can wear them with shorts, and even sweatpants. They do run a size small, so I'm a size 9 and I ordered a size 10, and they fit great.

I love the look of these shoes! This is the reason I bought them. I am actually using them to work in and my job has me on my feet the whole time walking around on concrete floors, and I have to say that they did hurt my feet the first day. After work I went to a brick-and-mortar store and bought some cheap gel inserts and since them I have had no pains at all. So far, they are holding up. I have also bought another pair (though not the same color as these) just to wear when not at work and they fit the exact same as this pair, so their sizing consistent. ... show more

Bought these before going on vacation. I was a little worried because we were going to be walking a lot every day, so I stuffed an older scuffed up pair of sneakers in my luggage just in case. Turns out these are very comfortable and I never had any issues with them making my feet hurt (unlike some other shoe brands, looking at you Sketchers). One reviewer complained about the insoles. Good sneakers have removable insoles. It is a feature. Replaced mine with an upgraded insole to support my flat feet. They are pleather, but cheap enough, nicely made. Sizing can be tough, and inconsistent, as expected. Have six pairs. Different colors. Upgraded laces too. Fun! ... show more
