Current faucet started leaking like crazy so it was time to replace it. This faucet is definitely a great value for the money. Looks great, fit and finish is also good, and performs well. Includes everything needed for installation and the instructions were clear and easy to understand with a few helpful pictures. Standard warranty is 5 years (hopefully I'll never have to use it) and it looks like it'll last for awhile hopefully. Like so many others have commented, the hassle was getting the old faucet off. I live in a 5th wheel travel trailer and it has 1/2" pvc pipes that go all the way to the counter. The new faucet comes with its own hoses, so it caused an issue with my long pipes. Anyhow, I worked the pipes around to where I get the hoses on. One problem, the ends are not a regular 3/8" but rather 3/8" compression. So I emailed the company to get more info on the type of connector. In the meantime I ran to Ace Hardware and got the proper 1/2" male to 3/8" male compression connector. Go back, get everything hooked up, turn on the water & the hot water hose is leaking badly above the connection. No amount of Teflon tape or tightening helps it. By then, customer service responded. Faster than I thought I will admit. I explain I found out about the connection type but explain my issue with the hot water hose. I provided a video of the water spraying and sent it to them. Within a few hours, they respond back. New hoses will be sent. In the meantime, I go to put my old faucet back on but discover the old pvc pipe had cracked by the connection. Ugh. So back to Ace Hardware I go and they hook me up with water turn off valves that have the 3/8" male compression end. It cost me more than I anticipated but we'll worth it. The shit off valves clamp on, no glue, no fuss (I went ahead & cut the pvc pipes down & bought 2 hoses to go from shut off valves to old faucet) Anyhow, a couple days later I get a package. A large, heavy package. They just sent me a new faucet. Wow, so cool. Needless to say, after fixing own connections underneath, it only took about 10 minutes to get the old faucet off and new one on, if that long. The faucet looks great, works good. Yes, I have a wandering plant behind it, so I've got the handle at an angle. But that can be adjusted easily. The sprayer is nice, I've been wanting one. Comes in handy. Overall, very happy with the faucet (gives me better water pressure too). Extremely happy with customer service. Would definitely highly recommend ... show more

Installation was easy, flow is great, works fine. Installed two days ago. Unit is made of plastic, so damaging of the finish may be easy. Doesn't bother me because I'm using it at my laundry sink. I was happy with the money saved by choosing this unit.

I have wanted a new kitchen faucet for years. And this new faucet is excellent. I love the high spigot which enables me to easily fill large stock pots (as example when making chicken stock/broth) when the sink is full. The sprayer hose connected to the faucet end is great for many things...among the list is it is easy to grab and spray down the sink. I got the faucet on sale so it was an excellent price. My only warning is...if you have a low window sill or low shelf right behind the sink--be certain that the warm/cold handle height will not be blocked from full movement by the sill. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So far this is a great faucet! Been in place about 6mos. It’s working very well, no leaks, pull down snaps back well, cleans easily, looks sleek and modern! Great value for the money! Would recommend and purchase again if I ever need another one.

Quick delivery and easy Instillation. I like the look of it. Convenient to have the pause spray button too, just wish I didn’t have to hold it down the whole time. The price was very affordable, which was helpful. I was replacing an expensive touch faucet. Although I miss the touch feature, it was super annoying when it quit working because then I could no longer turn my water on in my kitchen!! I was kind of skeptical of the quality for the price of this kitchen faucet but as soon as I installed it and saw it in action all that skepticism went away. It looks great! It works perfectly fine, great build and easy install. For my application since it was an old apartment unit, I needed to buy the male to male 1/2 inch to 3/8 adapters but everything else that was provided in the kit was an easy install. I'm assuming for my application as well. I need to buy some sort of silicone that surrounds the bottom of the faucet because there's some droplets of water leaking even though I have fasten the bolt on the bottom all the way as much as I can. So just make sure when you're done with your install, spray some water at the bottom and all the connecting points to make sure there's no water seeping through. But other than that you won't regret this purchase. ... show more
