5ft 3 I ordered the size small I didn’t want it to drag because I bought it to wear with my Sarah Sanderson costume and it looks great. The edges are just finished with the overlock so it’s a very basic cape but great for the price . My daughter loves this. It was a little big for her (8years old) but is better big than small. She play all the time with it at home. I think it fits good for me too. Good quality for the price, but be advise that it is delicated, could be easily fall apart.

The purple cape we purchased as part of my daughter's halloween costume is soooo pretty! The color was vibrant and just what we hoped for. The string to keep the cape tied on was a bit flimsy, but it worked. Great purchase.

Bought two of these and sewed them together for a winter themed parade and cosplay. Made a perfect cape to keep out the cold and wind. My cosplay was also layered so it was even better. Red was sold out in a flash so you really gotta watch the color and size and hope it doesn’t sell out too quickly.
