Ladies, anyone who is on there feet all day. These are the boots. The sole is chunky but awesome. I find that there boots with the wood heel don't work for me. I can always feel the heel pressing into my foot. The tall Anthem waterproof Boots rock too.

Very comfortable, very cute! Got the Brown Rebel and the Black in size 7.5 regular(B). These were my first cowgirl boots, so went thru a few purchases to find the right size and style. Thank you Amazon and the several vendors (Zappos, Bootbarn & Sheplers) For All the free shipping and returns involve
d Five Stars to all . I think I am a true 7.5 but have been buying 8 and 8 wide for so long because it seems they just make shoes smaller now.(Feet don't grow that much). Here's the rundown- the size 8B was definitely too big. The 7.5B seemed good, but just to be sure, I also tried the 7B, It was close call. The unknown was how much these boots eventually stretch out. So, keeping the 7.5 B, but if they stretch out too much, next time I will go for a 7Wide. But, love my ariat boots!.

Love these boots! My plantar fasciatis barely flares up anymore. Although, I get to sit down more often now to rest my feet. My feet are comfortable and secure, without feeling confined or restricted. I work security and patrol around a small factory with gravel and random debris scattered about. Hav
ing weak ankles, I was worried about twisting or rolling but so far these boots have been excellent.

Can't live without these boots
Size: 6.5
Color: Black Deertan
This is my 3rd pair in about 10 years. My first pair were hand-me-downs they had been worn by a 12 year old so they were well worn in when I got them. But I wore them for about 4 or 5 years and went and bought a new pair when the first wore out. The second pair I bought 5 or 6 years ago and the insid
es ware out before the outsides do. They are just so comfortable and sturdy and cute to bootšš«¶ love these boots.

This Vintage Disco Queen Took A Walk On the Cowgirl Side & Now Her Feet Are Riding Fatbaby(s) ;-)
Love these boots! Actually, I live in the northeast and resemble a cowgirl about as much as disco music resembles country music....you can see the similarities, right? This is my second pair of Fatbaby Boots. The first pair were purchased on a whim "gently used" from a seller on that most popular auc
tion website that Ends in BAY. At the time I was looking for a sturdy boot to trudge through the icy, sloppy, new England winter in, not looking specifically for a "cowgirl" boot, but the price was unbeatable and I was curious. Here it is 2yrs later and it can be said that these boots are unbeatable and are still handsome to boot! They have been worn 5 out of 7 days per week for 3 seasons each year (would have been 4 seasons if I was 40yrs younger!). Most of my other boots and shoes are an 8.5 or euro 39. The Fatbaby boots I purchased on the auction website were an 8 and I was a little skeptical about the fit because I normally wear a size 8.5 shoe and can even go to a size 9 in a boot with thick socks on my feet. I have average width feet, not wide or narrow; I have a high arch and instep as well as a hammertoe on my left foot. (TMI?). However, the size 8 was perfect! So, I purchased these new Fatbaby Cowgirl boots in an 8, mostly because they were $20 less than the size 8.5 which I likely would have bought if the prices were the same. Once again, the size 8 fits perfectly right from the start, even in a brand new boot! These fit like a shoe approved by the American Orthopedic Association but look as fashionable (Wild?) as the Cowgirls that I imagine they were intended for! I wear these boots with medium weight wool blend socks. There is plenty of room for all my toes and there is no pressure across the top of my high instep or at the front of the boot across the ankle. I can not feel any of the seams or stitching the way other reviewers have written that they can. The back of the heel sometimes moves but does not rub or bind. The footbed is not like walking on a cloud. It is firm but comfortable and very supportive. The innersole is removeable and I can fit the semirigid type orthotics inside very comfortably if I choose to, but find orthotics are not necessary because the boot is very supportive in and of itself. The nonskid sole is not lugged and is not as thick as my first pair of Fatbaby Boots (which show absolutely no wear on the tread) but it does seem to be more than adequate. The shaft is soft and supple, not thick and rigid, fabric lined inside and suedelike finish outside. The height is just right on my leg under wool, corduroy, or denim pants. (I'm 5'6" and weigh about 140 lbs, size 10) The decorative stitching is lovely, the workmanship is high quality. The top opening is very roomy on me but I do have thinner than average calves. (Like I said, I'm no cowgirl) Great fit, Great fashion, Great performance, great price! These may be my second pair of Fatbaby Boots but I'm sure they will not be my last. Go ahead....take a walk on the Cowgirl side!

My bad feet love these. Stylish and comfortable!
Size: 10
Color: Black Deertan
These were a bit snug at first but have since molded perfectly to my feet. They have good arch support for my plantar fasciitis and don't cause my feet any pain which is amazing because nearly all shoes are somewhat uncomfortable for me. My feet are borderline wide but not always enough to warrant wi
de width. I also have mildly wide calfs. The top portion fits my calves and leggings fine. I sometimes use a long shoe horn to help them on especially at first before they formed to my feet/ankles and stretched a tiny bit. I love them and get a lot of compliments on them. Size 10 regular width

Day 1 and Iām already impressed
Size: 10 Wide
Color: Copper Kettle
I really wasnāt sure what to expect. My last two pairs of boots have been Ariat and overall Iāve found them comfortable, long-lasting, and well-fitting... after a break-in period. Like most boots. Which is miserable! Getting boots to form to your feet (hurting your teeth and bearing through the disco
mfort, wetting them down multiple times, etc) is no picnic, but itās worth it once it has been done. But those were regular boots, one pair of square toed with roper heels, one pair with slightly tapered toes ending in a small square, with a riding heel. I still wear both, FYI. Havenāt worn either out yet. But, Iāve never had Fat Baby boots. Depending on the shoe, I wear anything from 10-11, often 10.5 in sneakers and hiking boots, but usually 10 in riding boots. Recently bought a pair of Ariat slip-ons that are very cute and comfortable too! These boots were no exception, but the biggest bonus right out of the box is that they were comfortable!! I wore them for driving and walking around and they already felt like they fit. This is just day one, so time will tell, but so far they fit, they feel good, and theyāre cute too. I even feel like I would be comfortable working on my feet in them all day, even sorting cattle in an alley or working them through a chute, and that Iād feel stable on my feet while doing it, without the heels throwing me off. Thatās something I canāt say of most boots, even the ones I love. I also thought they might look clunky on my big feet but not so, theyāre really nice. Really happy I decided to finally give this style a try!!

I love the Ariat brand - this is my second pair, but the sizes in each style run totally different. I ended up getting a size smaller than normal. These were pretty comfortable right out of the box, but I always put better insoles in my boots than what they come with. I volunteer at a horse rescue an
d can spend hours working around the farm; the boots are great with better insoles.

Great for all day comfort, just use wider stirrups if you wear a size 12 boots.
Size: 12
Color: Russet Rebel
I have been wanting a pair of Ariat Fatbaby boots for a while. The problem is, I wear an 11 1/2 shoe / boot. Sadly, Ariat only makes one pair of Fatbaby boots in a size bigger than an 11, which is this pair. I had to go with this pair, in a size 12, by default. I was buying them for an upcoming horse
back weekend and didn't want to wear my english paddock boots, I wanted a new pair of western boots. My men's 9 1/2 Ariat boots were worn out and not very comfortable for all day wear. When they arrived, I tried them on, but had to get ready for work, so put them aside, away from the dangerous teeth of my Jack Russell (who had chewed up my Justin Gypsy boots a couple years ago). Between work and being busy, I didn't have a chance to really wear the boots before the weekend. Friday morning, I put the boots on and headed out the door. I wore them pretty much all day, with no problems. Saturday morning, I noticed a little bit of stiffness around the top of my ankle and right at the calf where the boot top rubs. Within a few hours, that was gone and they were feeling more comfortable. I walked around all day Friday, Saturday, and most of Sunday in them. I cleaned horse stalls, I walked in wet grass, no issues what so ever. The only time I couldn't wear them was for the actual ride, because, when I went to put my foot in the stirrup, it got stuck! The "Fat" part of Fatbaby is very true! Big foot and Fatbaby boots will require a little bit wider stirrup if you're going to ride horses in them. Overall, I'm very pleased with the comfort, the look, and the feel of these boots. I definitely see why other's have said to get the Fatbaby line of boots if you are really wanting a boot your can wear all day.
