We have used this motor 6 times. Of those, two we had to row back home and another we were towed. Have been talking via email with the seller, but no real help yet. Oh - but they did send us videos in Japenese to help us fix it. At nearly $900 and only 3 rides, it’s time they replace it - as the warranty would suggest. Oh - almost forgot - the prop broke the second time out. Still no video in English. ... show more

Installed on my 05 keywest 1720 sportsman and aside from not being able to use the through bolts(no access on my boat to underside to put bolts on) a quick trip to homedepot and a few toggle bolts was an easy fix.
