The "new" radio didn't come wrapped up and all internal packaging was opened. The radio didn't work after charging for 9 hours. It never went into deep charging, returned the radio. DO NOT BUY IT! ZERO STARS!

When I received the package, I noticed that all the items were lose in the box. The cardboard separator that was supposed to hold the pieces was still in the box, but torn. The displays did not have plastic film on them as you usually see. I tested the radio on a Power Meter and Spectrum Analyzer. Noticed Spurious emissions on 2 Meters. The power output for 2 Meters was 8 Watt. The power output for 70 Centimeters was 7 Watts. I guess that's why the original purchaser returned it. I returned it as well. ... show more

I have a Windows 11 laptop and even with the cable that is sold with it the laptop makes a sound that it knows it's plugged in but I can't connect to or program the radio.. what am I doing wrong please the manufacturer reach out to me or this comment thank you I like the radio otherwise.
