After reading some of these reviews I wasn't sure about buying this but I am so so glad I did! I have been having these horrible breakouts only on my chin and forehead and I tried everything and nothing would get rid of them and they were really painful! I bought this and I'm not exaggerating - I put a tiny bit of the cream on my chin, went to sleep and the next day the breakouts weren't gone but they were 10x less inflamed, some smaller pimples were gone and it wasn't painful anymore. The best solution and results to my problematic blemishes. I have tried everything OTC and many acne products, and nothing compares to the results I get from aprilskin carrotene IPMP solution. I combine my treatment with aprilskin carrotene clarifying serum. My blemishes, inflammations are now minimal and the problematic acne last substantially less. My hyperpigmentation is lesser, and the healing process is faster. The smell is not a bother to me, and it subsides/disappears after applying. I buy them only from APR_official seller and shipped them to my local amazon hub locker. Seller should add disclaimer about standing solution for too long.     • Caused more redness and whitehead to come out
It didn't soothe the redness of the acne and caused more inflammation. Originally, my acne was under the skin, but it cause white head to emerge and pop out. I gave up and used another solution to calm it down after extracting it with the pimple sticker. (Sensitive & Oily skin type)

    • Good formula
A lot of great ingredients for acne - 2% BHA + PHA to clear out pores, niacinamide for brightening and improving post inflammatory pigmentation, carotene to reduce inflammation, and shea butter for moisturizing. I find the spot treatment works gently on pimples without drying the skin.

This stuff works! Omg I'm 33 and have acne everyday since I was a teen! Wtf this is the only thing the cleared my face. I use with a vitamin c each morning and night. I am so happy I found this! If you know someone with acne please get them this!!!

    • Does nothing for cystic acne
This product did absolutely nothing for my deeper acne that didn't have a head yet. I got it because it was recommended to treat that specifically. For smaller pimples it might work. I used it everyday for four days and nothing changed at all.
