So far so good! It has some worn scratches and dents on the edges like maybe it fell a good few times. Still not noticeable. There is an issue with the battery which I can see being a long-term problem but being mindful of the battery it still last a good decent while. I purchased this laptop because it seemed like a good buy and it was backed by Amazon's 90 day warrenty. The charger that it came with is not an OEM Apple Charger. When I plugged it in, it became so hot that I was afraid it was going to catch fire. It made the laptop so hot that I couldnt rest it on my lap. I unplugged it and tried charging it off and on to avoid it becoming hot. The battery depleted before an update could even be completed. I requested a return. The only option for a return is for USPN to pick it up at your house. Which means I waited all day long for them to come...... dont leave.... because they will NOT pick it up even if you leave it for them. Chatted with a rep from Amazon and was told there was no other option. So now, I will have to wait up to 30 days for my money back, wasted a whole day of work waiting for UPS to come (which by the way.... they wont call you before they come or give you a timeframe) and was sold a crappy computer..... thanks! ... show more

It came in good condition, although the keyboard came a bit dirty and 3 of the keys don’t light up. (that’s why i gave it 4) I got the excellent condition, i did think it would live up to that so i was shocked when i saw they weren’t working. The battery does kind of run out quickly. The sound quality is good. Other than that, i love this macbook it’s amazing and definitely a great option if you don’t want to spend a lot of money on a brand new one. ... show more

Mac came in brand new condition. No scratches, no dings, no visible damages on the screen. It had debris on it but it was minor. Looks completely brand new. Everything works smoothly. Touch Bar works perfectly, it responds well and I’ve had no issues with it so far. Battery life is pretty good — it lasts for about 2-3hrs but more if you put it on low power mode. It is very easy to use and very easy to set up. Paid $400 dollars for excellent condition and it was worth it. Consider getting it if you don’t want to spend thousands of dollars on a brand new Macbook, this is definitely a good deal. ... show more

Received mine yesterday, read a few reviews complaining of issues but I was super pleased to receive one in pretty great condition. Everything is running flawlessly. A couple VERY small scratches on the outside of the computer but for the price I can’t complain. The computer was a great buy.

This is the first Mac I've ever owned and coming from Windows there was a bit of a learning curve. However, after a few days of use and exploration I'm extremely pleased with the integration with my iPhone and Airpods. The Macbook itself is in basically perfect condition, the only flaws I have found is a scuffed up S key and all keys are a bit worn out on the surface but function normally. Other than those two things, there are no scratches or imperfections to the laptop's exterior. The only cons I have found so far is that I occasionally hit the touch bar when typing and accidentally turn my music up too loud or mute it. Also, at first the battery life was a bit underwhelming but after some tweaking I think I have fixed it (Turning low power mdoe to be on all the time). Today I charged the Macbook to 100% and have been doing light browsing on Chrome and have lost 7%. To be fair, some more battery life could be saved if I used Safari as it is more optimized for Mac's and isn't as big of a resource hog as Chrome is. Edit*: Forgot to add this in my original review but the macbook didn't come in its original box, it was only wrapped in bubble wrap. Luckily, it did not come damaged. Overall, this was a great purchase for me and I have zero regrets. ... show more
