When it came it came with 2 other things I ordered but it was indeed packaged like a phone would be in its own separate box. Nicely protected and the looks of this were beyond my expectations. I honestly didn’t see any scratches, the camera and screen were perfect. So I figured I’d start setting it up and see if there was anything wrong with it software wise. None! All hoes very smoothly, I got it connected to my carrier the next day. It’s very durable and all of the little things work perfectly along with the big things. Passcodes, Face ID, etc. I was a little skeptical as I’ve never purchased a renewed phone before. Let alone not on Amazon. But honestly, get it. It’s a simple and cheap choice. I don’t typically write reviews but had to given the somewhat low seller ratings. I read mixed reviews on both this seller and the refurbished phone being sold directly from Amazon. Ultimately I went with this one since the risk seemed about the same - just because Amazon was selling it didn’t make it any more likely to be better. I shouldn’t have been worried! My phone arrived in near perfect condition. It didn’t come in the original box but had a protective sticker covering it, looks like the original charging block came with, and a new (non apple) charging cord. Not a huge deal for me since I’d be primarily using MagSafe to charge my phone. No scratches at all except for a very small one on the front screen that I almost didn’t notice until I removed the screen protector. Now that I have a screen protector on my phone, I can’t see it at all. The battery health was at 100% and only had 5 charge cycles. I had to charge it a little when I first turned it on but I would’ve been fine with out charging. I was a little hesitant to get a refurbished phone. But this phone has been amazing. It came in a box and looked absolutely brand new. No scratches or scuffs, it fired right up and it’s been working great. I have bought several refurbished or used like new items on Amazon and I’ve gotten a few lemons, but I’ve gotten some really good deals too, and this was an especially good deal.
