Worked right out of the box, with about 30% battery when I immediately turned it on. Charger works great. After updating to iOS 15.8.3, it has about 6gb left over for apps, which might not be a lot for some, but is plenty for my uses. Bought this for my son for Christmas as we fly very soon and with the long flight figured it would be perfect for a 13 year old to keep him occupied. When we went to set it up most of the storage on it is used up by OS and system info. It left 4gb for him to add apps and such. After getting it set up we realized it keeps dying after being removed from charger within ten minutes. We messaged Amazon who told us to talk to sellers. We bought a case and screen protector for this tablet and now can’t return either. The seller told us to simply return it. If we return it now my son would have nothing for the flight as we wouldn’t get the refund in time to buy another tablet. They sent me a picture of a return slip that has no option to save share or print so how do we return it at all? They offered no help not even to send a replacement. So we are stuck with a broken iPad until we finish with our move. Seller is awful. This iPad is awful. I bought a 27” iMac desk top that was renewed 2 years ago and have had no issues should have stuck with that seller. I can’t say enough. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! ... show more

    • Refurbished with a warranty = not a gamble! It's beautiful and like new!
I was worried about buying a refurbished iPad, but I decided to take the chance. (The warranty helps ease concerns.) The iPad arrived very quickly & like new. The difference between the iPad Air & Air 2 is very slight. The display is slightly better & the system seems to operate more quickly. I'm very pleased with this purchase and the savings, and the only downfall was that the charger did not work at all. Fortunately I already have 2 chargers, so this was not a huge issue for me, but I would suggest the chargers should be tested before shipping out to customers who may not be as fortunate to have a spare. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Ordered this refurbished iPad Air 2 for my girlfriends birthday. It has only been 5 hours of her having the product and I’ll update this review in a week or so. AS OF NOW- iPad is 100% unlocked, signed into Apple ID perfectly fine, it updated to the most current update being 14.4 successfully, restored from old back up perfectly. There is NO lagging everything is effective, finger print works, connects to wifi, downloads all apps she needed being Cricut and procreate. Battery was on 60 when received she charged it up and it’s been perfect with the battery life. It does have a crack on the screen but she’s so happy she hardly notices it. I’ll update later with a review on performance in a week. Don’t be discouraged by bad reviews, take your chance. I have a MacBook Air I have refurbished for almost a year now and I will always take my chances. Thank you company and Amazon! apple pen and the keyboard do not come with this iPad I ordered separately via Amazon as well! 1+ month UPDATE: bought the ipad feb 7th - a little over a month and it is truly amazing. the battery life is OK. it doesn't hold a charge for long but it charges so it works. still updates with new system updates, downloads apps, connects to wifi, its quick. bought a case to go along with it and you cant see the TINY scratches it comes with. if you want to be satisfied, you'll find a way to be. ... show more
