I saw some other reviews about having scratches, a bend, or other issues but I'll happily say I have none of those. I've had it for a few days and everything works great, the battery doesn't deplete fast, and I'm just very pleased with this. I love that it came with a charger too. I bought this computer last week. I was happily surprised when it arrived the next day (early). When I took it out of the box, it looked perfect. That is where the good things ended. The battery was not fully charged, but that was ok. I plugged it in, but it did not charge while I was working on it. When I removed the charger, the battery icon said that the charger was still plugged in (it was not). I tried charging while the laptop was closed. No dice. The battery charging icon never went away, no matter if the charging cord was plugged in or not. Then one time I went to open the screen, and the entire screen was filled with horizontal lines. Mind you, I had only had the laptop for two days and had been on it for an extremely minimal amount of time. I immediately contacted the seller, Who I assumed was Amazon, but it turned out it was a third-party seller. The seller told me that I should take the computer to a computer repair shop and have it assessed and then send them the report. I informed the seller that by live in a rural area and an extremely far away from any type of shop like that. In addition to that, the seller wanted me to take pictures of every angle of the computer and send them to her. I then requested to just have a replacement computer sent to me since I just received this last week. The seller informed me that they do not do this, and told me that I could return the computer for a refund, but I would have to again send them pictures. I’m extremely frustrated by this entirely process. I received a defective product and the seller should step up and try to make it right instead of putting all of the burden on me. I would definitely not recommend to anyone and would NEVER, EVER buy from this seller. ... show more

From the time I unboxed the MacBook Air I was impressed , it was as if someone bought the laptop and decided they no longer wanted it (looks to have been used very little to not at all. The only area containing some wear was on the latches that hold the screen to the keyboard and that’s no even noticeable I had to look for it. Battery has been holding a charge as if it was new no issues there which is a big relief. Overall for what it is it’s 5 stars in my opinion. If anything changes within the first month or two I’ll update but it doesn’t seem like that will be an issue at this point. Good buy would recommended if you can’t afford a brand new MacBook but want something not too outdated or too overpriced. I do need to add one thing the color I choose was gold and upon arrival it was rose gold but for me I was super excited as I prefer that but maybe a different person might not be as happy as me. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. As we all know buying a refurb Mac off Amazon can be a risky business. I took that risk even further by going for the cheap “acceptable condition” category. Anxiety all the way up to delivery. But can say it was packaged appropriately, no immediate visible damage, screen was fully clear, and turned on and functioned properly. Thanked the Amazon gods today. Of course, there’s a few imperceptible dings/scratches, but I put a case on anyway so doesn’t matter, at least to me. And, of course, 3rd party charger. I’m now pretty deep into it and everything still smooth as can be. One caveat I will say, the battery health could be a little better. But I really just need to hold me over maybe 2-3 years til I can get the Mac upgrade I really want. As I happy customer I say go for it. ... show more

So I bought this laptop in 2020 originally, and it was perfect until I broke it (which was entirely my own fault lol, nothing wrong with the laptop itself). Luckily I managed to find this listing again and got another this year, and it's just as great as the first!! The screen is bright and has no scratches or anything, the keys all work, it came with a working charger too. It has a sliiiight dent near one of the front corners on the outside, but honestly you can't even tell unless you're actively feeling it out! Super great deal for a broke student trying to get an actual laptop that will work for more than a semester or two! I don't particularly care about having "new" apple products though, to be fair.
