This is the best rear tire i've used so far. It wears like iron on pavement easily getting 4-5000 miles from a rear. It paddles through sand and grips rocks no problem. I have yet to find a trail out here in the Mojave Desert these tires can't tackle. best tire I've ever put on my 2002 xr650L this thing is beefy. I live in the Sierra mountains and these tires are perfect 👌. Update 11-14-2020 I have about 3,270 miles on these tires half of it on dirt the other half on slab and I would say I have about 42% tread left. I put these bad boys on my xr650l and man I love these tires I've been to some really cool places ... show more

    • Great tire for offroad, LOUD on the street.
Great tire if not for the road noise. I have these on 4 bikes, as they wear in, the noise from the rear onroad is unbearable. I pulled them off my 90% road bike, couldnt stand riding was so loud. Other 3 bikes I have them on yet are 90% offroad, bikes and tires are great on hardpack, sand, gravel or dry surfaces. ... show more

Spooned onto the rim fairly easy considering the stiff sidewalls. Running it on the rear of an XR650L, mostly offroad 90/10. Heavy bike with adventure packs, ride fairly aggressive. So-Cal desert and Mountain riding along with some Baja riding mixed in. So far holding up excellent, great traction. Will update longevity when it wears out ... show more
