VERY NICE product, about the size of a shower curtain. No photo distortion as the image was sized-up to this large size. (It seems larger than 3'x5'). But, the seller does NOT mention WHERE in the world this photo was taken. Why does it matter, you ask? Because I used this photo as a prop in my room during the reading of The Great Gatsby. Steam engines, such as the one on this awesome photo backdrop, produced a lot of soot and ash, contributing to the mounds of refuse in the Valley of Ashes, an important setting/motif/symbol in this novel. I will use this item again, as this is an excellent depiction of a classical steam engine. This is not, however, an American steam engine. Why does that matter, you ask? Because my very particular and highly intelligent student protested when I announced this backdrop as a prop, as "Gatsby is in New York, and this engine was not an American engine." I _further_ made the mistake of identifying the engine in this photo as one of those used to depict the Hogwarts Express. Lots of research later, I can tell you details about all 5 engines in service with the Jacobite train service in the United Kingdom and which of those 5 was used to play the role of the Express. The engine is the photo is the right make and model, but not one of those registered to the Jacobite service. If you need a steam engine photo backdrop, get this one. Pretty awesome, definitely worth the price. We bought it for a party and then put it up in the playroom so we will get plenty of use from it. Dinged one star because there are thin white lines where the item was folded for a long time before it came to us. You have to be right up on it to notice though, so not a major issue. It may be worse on a more vibrantly color picture. I ironed the back in medium heat and had the creases out in about 10 Minutes, do no biggie there ... show more
