Ordered for a friend who recently lost her mother, she lived the bracelet, but when she put it on one loop between jewel and heart was broken, she was able to bend it to close it and other side broke. Now she will never get to wear this to remember her mom. What a waste of money, not able to return now, too bad it was a very pretty bracelet, will not recommend this company or order from again.
