This ring is beautiful and very comfortable to wear everyday. I lost two stones and was outside of the return window. I contacted the seller and was able to return the ring directly to the company. I love this ring as a wedding band - it looks amazing with my diamond engagement ring. Unfortunately a stone fell out within 6 months and I didn't get the extra warranty so I can't return it. A shame because it is so pretty. Update: July 2023 - The seller contacted me directly and graciously asked if I wanted a full refund, which I did not expect nor did I ask for. I have already received the refund and have re-purchased the item (this time with emerald cut stones) because as I said, the ring is stunning. The wonderful customer service is icing on the cake! (I did go ahead and purchase a protection plan on the ring this time.) Update #2: October 2023 - A stone fell out of the new ring. <sigh> Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
