I love all the pockets and compartments. It's the perfect size, large without being cumbersome. One thing I didn't like is how loose the inner liner is. I wish it was sewn down. I'm planning on hand stitching it down myself.

and it's my own preference in bags. One, the main opening is so small, I struggled to get items out and two, the strap would not stay on the smallest option, it kept loosening up to the largest length strap and kept falling off my shoulder. I am updating/deleting my previous review and downgrading my overall rating from 5 stars to 1 star. Why? When I originally started using this purse I loved all the pockets, its spaciousness, and how lightweight it was. For the past year, I've been so tired of the purse's lining being loose, and therefore, getting caught in the zippers. Once, while checking out of a store, the lining caused a zipper to jam while trying to extract my wallet with my credit card. I was so embarrassed. My husband paid for our purchases; It took me 20 minutes un-jam the zipper. It was so frustrating. If the manufacturer could fix this problem with the purse's loose lining, this would be the perfect purse. After using it more than a year, I would never recommend it to anyone. ... show more
