So this stuff actually smells like the lush cosmetic store if you've ever been there. Nobody ever told me that little girls are subject to rashes about 10 times more frequently than little boys. I've used this on my daughter since she was about 7 months old and she's currently 10 months. This is better than desitin, Burt's bees, baby powder, you name it. It. This is one of the best preventative ways for making sure that she doesn't get a diaper rash and it really helps treat the diaper rashes that nothing else seems to help. A little bit goes a long way. I almost didn’t want to rave about this product in fear that it become out of stock… but I feel like if there’s something I benefit from, I have the moral need to share with others that may be in a similar situation as I was when my DD kept getting rash after rash, especially when she is in daycare. My child has eczema-prone skin, and I have to bathe her in cetaphil baby wash and put mustela body lotion everyday so she doesn’t have a breakout, and the combination of the Anti-Monkey Butt powder and cream have been a treasured find in preventing rash outbreaks in her diaper area! When the cream ran out of stock, I switched to Boogie Bottom Diaper rash spray + Anti Monkey Butt powder combo - which made my life even more easier, especially now that my child is wearing training pants and potty training, it is much easier to spray her standing, and sprinkle the powder inside the diaper and on we go. ... show more

Best for diaper rash, creams suck. Messy and take forever to heal a rash. Powders also messy no staying power but dry the rash better. I've even used powder then globbed on cream (powder to dry, cream to keep powder from getting wet works but its mess + mess) This is the LEAST messy powder ever, I stg it's almost creamy. Clings to the skin. While a wet diaper (or poo) removes most, enough stays to protect the skin but that does not matter. Why? Even the worst case of rash on my son (sick plus teething diarrhea iykyk) it cleared it in 2 changes. It's seriously is awesome. But it's cheaper to buy the regular version of this, it works the same but costs less. I've repurchased the regular for diaper changes a few times. ... show more

I LOVE this powder. The smell is so good and it seems to help with mild diaper rash (Didn’t help once my twins got a pretty bad rash, had to switch to some creams and balms). The ingredients are good and nothing harmful to baby. I put it on my twins at night or if we are going to be in the car for an extended amount of time just to help prevent diaper rash. After a bath I’ll mix it with their CeraVe baby lotion (since the lotion is fragrance free) and rub it on their tummies and legs, just smells so good. I’d keep it away from the face tho. I never write reviews but felt the need to shout it from the rooftops how much I love this product. I was using Burt’s Bee’s dusting powder, but for whatever reason, I couldn’t find it anywhere. I searched Burt’s Bee’s website, target, Amazon, and nobody had it in stock so I set out to find another baby powder that was talc free and stumbled upon this one on Amazon. I have to say, now I prefer this one over the Burt’s Bee’s one because to me the smell is more “baby-like” if that makes sense and the price is so much better. I also love that it has calamine in it. So we ordered the baby powder and got pink lady powder. The powder is pink and the bottle says lady monkey butt. We had run out of our littles baby powder so when we got the pink lady powder we didn’t send it back since we needed powder. My little doesn’t seem to mind it and it seems to work well, only thing was we forgot to tell the sitter the powder was pink and she called in a panic when she changed the baby’s diaper and found the diaper was pink. She thought the baby was peeing blood. So there’s that. I don’t know how the baby powder work but if it’s as good as what was accidentally sent to us minus the pink color it should be great. ... show more

I have used this on my 16 month old since she was 4 months old and she has NEVER had another diaper rash since we've started using this. We love this stuff and highly recommend it to all Moms! I buy this for all of my Mom friends and have heard nothing but positive feedback from them. We discovered this product when my little one had a moderate diaper rash that wouldn't go away. We tried everything! My Mom had mentioned diaper powder, but I was concerned about the Talc and the stigma that's associated with J&J baby powder. I was using Bert's Bees powder at first until I noticed it started to give my child a TERRIBLE rash if he had just a HINT of a red bottom. I tried this stuff just becuase the ingredients were so different and noticed something crazy. This time if he had a HINT of a red bottom this powder actually helped clear it up completely.
