The butter powder is a good and convenient substitute for cooking. I mixed some for spread on toast and it tasted fine, but a little gritty. I might not have mixed well enough, or maybe will try hot water next time.

This was not exactly what I was hoping for. The taste is not what I wanted. I've added it to mashed potatoes and sprinkled it on greens beans, and other things. So far this product does not make me do the happy dance. I will continue to experiment with it and if I change my mind about the product I will let ya'll know.
