We have ordered several sets of these cables, they've worked well, we like to have extras on hand, but have also purchased a camera set for dad. There has never been any issues with any of the cables, but this order had a strange surprise waiting for us. There are 4 cables in this order. 3 were wound up like they always are, the fourth cable was unwound and gathered up into a junky mess! We were shocked. Also surprised that once the cable was completely untangled, it does work, but there was zero explanation for why is was such a mess. I hope this isn't going to happen again. We like the product, but don't want to have to untangle them again, before we have even used them. ... show more
