This does what it says and says what it does. Everything I've read on this product says you need a heat gun to set it. I just let it cure for 24 hours and I was good to go.

Purchased this Acrylic finisher for my work key clip. Applied it and came out great. Over time the leather has shined though (with daily use) so the matte look is not permanent. The size is not huge so eye on that. Once concern that I had when I received it was there it appeared to have little "plastic" dots which would stay stuck on to my project. I would have to remove them to finish correctly. Will still see how I can get better at using it. ... show more

This product works great. I remove all shine from the leather, paint as needed and then brush this on, doesn’t need much, very watery but easy to spread. Leaves the leather looking brand new, seal wells and works well.

Applied to leather toeless shoe that I dyed from tan to brown with the same brand of dye. So far this product has protected them with a soft, flexible finish. No flaking or brittle surface. I applied several coats with a small, foam brush.
