I liked it more than I thought I would. Looks better in person than in the photos in my opinion. Very roomy, has been great to separate my medical necessities from regular purse items. I am difficult to shop for when it comes to purses, I basically need Mary Poppins’ bag lol and this one has been great so far. The vegan leather is actually quite nice, doesn’t have the plastic feel I was expecting, it looks like genuine leather and isn’t stiff. Only issue is I got it in June and now in December one of the hooks for the shoulder strap snapped. Not sure why, I’m not particularly rough with it or anything. But now I know the hardware is not the quality stuff they advertise, it’s actually plastic or resin and coated in the chrome-looking coating. I’m handy enough to repair it myself but if you’re pretty rough with purses and/or have limited resources to repair, I would not recommend it. I got this as an anniversary gift for myself from my husband since he never knows what to get me. I love it I can hold all my stuff I need in it. It's water resistant. If I'm in or somewhere I feel uncomfortable I put the crossbody strap on it and my purse is secure. I use it everyday I love it
