The tablet kept closing out of apps and settings it very slow kept freezing would turn off and had to plug in charger to turn it back on even though it was charged 100% bought a case for it my daughter was wearing the strap and bent over the the screen cracked from the inside and it came with a screen protector on it very cheaply made $50 plus down the drain and two sad little girls save your money do not buy!!!!! ... show more

I had this for 2 weeks and the battery showed 100% but would not come on. I called Amazon and told them my personal information was on it and I cannot reset it so sending it back wasn’t an option. The bright person said just log out of it??? Boy I wish I thought of that. They said they couldn’t do anything unless I sent it back. They are horrible I told them I would take the hit and leave a honest review of it. She said just send it back. Not unless I can factory reset it. ... show more
