The media could not be loaded. Wow, what a perfect wallet. I spent days looking through all of the wallets on Amazon trying to find the best design. I ultimately settled on this one for the following reasons: * Had the least amount of overhang when comparing to the size of a credit card * Could hold my cash in a way that didn't require me to have to unfold it to look at it. * Could hold 4-6 cards comfortably * Quick access to the cards without flashing the cash around There were a handful of different vendors selling this same wallet style so I had some options there. I chose this vendor because it looked to be the genuine leather of reasonable thickness and had good build quality. I wasn't let down. The size they list is spot on. Mine measured exactly 4 1/8" x 2 3/4". It was 1/4" thick when empty and then it was roughly 1/2" at the thickest part when full. (The thickest part is right below the hinge where the tops of the cards are). The bottom of the wallet is still around 1/4" thick. My wallet contains: 4x full thickness cards 1x thin health insurance card 3x dollar bills 3x paper coupons I chose the Dark Brown color. I'd say it matches the product images fairly well, but it does appear a bit darker in real life. I attribute this to how much everyone floods light onto the products when they take these professional quality images. While i think i'd prefer it to be a lighter color, i don't think i'd enjoy something as light as how the Brown wallet looks in the pictures. Ultimately, I'm happy with the color. The leather is soft and pliable but stiff enough that it holds it's shape excellently. Consider it like a notebook.. It's quite stiff if you're trying to squeeze it sideways, but it will eventually give way if you squeeze hard enough. I think the amount of pressure is similar with this wallet. I put 3 cards on one side and two on the other. When you first slide them in the wallet feels like it has to stretch to accommodate them. They stay in place perfectly well on both my 3x side and my 2x side. However, once i remove a card from either then it feels like the remaining cards in that slot are a bit too loose. This means that you should NOT put more cards in a slot that you intend on using on a daily basis as this will stretch out the pocket and make it too loose to safely restrain your cards. The V cut of the pockets makes removing the top card a breeze. Just a quick swipe with your thumb and it's out about an inch so that you can grab ahold of it. The cards under it do not move at all during this process. If I want one of the bottom cards then I just grab all cards at the same time and pull them up. I can then push in the top card then grab the specific card that i was after. The money clip has nice tension on the spring. It's not too loose to the point where it'll pop out on its own, but not too tight that it's hard to lift. It's really just right. It will resist you for the first 30% and then it will spring loose and click into the open position. I'd say i only use cash maybe once or twice a month, so this clip system works great for me. It's available when i need it without taking up too much space. However, I don't think it's the most convenient system for someone that uses cash often. The leather will scuff rather easily, but I actually think that's a positive sign that it's quality leather. When leather doesn't scuff that usually means it's the cheap stuff that has some kind of plastic or vinyl coating on it. ... show more

Purchased this wallet as a gift for someone who was looking for a small/compact and less bulky size wallet or money clip.The money clip works great and holds money fantastically and the wallet holds plenty of cards and license. This wallet is super slim and comfortable and it fits very easily and comfortably into back pocket without having to remove when sitting down for improved comfort. Very good quality. Would definitely purchase again! He loves it. The leather never scuffs and the stitching is still in perfect condition and looks like the day we bought it. Every now and then he rubs it with a little bit of oil to keep the leather looking new and shiny and basically he loves paying for everything , simply because he like taking out his new wallet and showing it off! :) The wallet was shipped in a little gift box with a little bag. Very nice display to give to someone as a gift. Here is an explanation of how I rate my reviews : 5 Stars – I love it! It is absolutely fantastic and I can't think of anything negative to say about it. I would purchase it again and would recommend others to purchase it as well! Well worth the money paid and I am very happy with it. 4 Stars – I like it! It is a great product, but there may be something I would change which makes it less than perfect (less than 5 stars). I would still purchase the item again or recommend it to others as well. 3 Stars - It is just alright. I am on the fence about the product, could either take it or leave it. May have been disappointed based on what I expected and would most likely try to find something different next time. 2 Stars – It is not so good. This is a product that I am not so happy about.     • Attractive design, wish the clip was tighter.
I originally gave this a two star review when I purchased it five years ago. I really liked the look and feel from the moment I took it out of the box. My issue was that the clip spring was not tight enough, and I wished it was a few millimeters wider so that the bills didn't need to be perfectly aligned. I'm going to take that review back. Still wish it was a little wider, but the company addressed the spring issue immediately upon request. Turns out there was a simple fix, but they sent me a new spring anyway. I apologize to the company for leaving the two stars up so long. I've been extremely happy with this product since then. I've carried it all over the world. I even kept it in my pocket to carry my credit cards and a few receipts when I lived in Kenya where the bills were too wide for any wallet. It is very comfortable, and it still looks great - if anything, it looks better as a result of the "patina." It's very easy to slip into your front pocket. Some may complain that it doesn't hold enough - that's nonsense. It carries 15+ bills and 6 or 7 cards. If you must carry more than that, move along, but my guess is that you can ditch most of them, especially these days with mobile phones. After 5 years, I'm about to replace it because the card slots have stretched a bit (meaning cards are starting to fall out), but that's a pretty good run as far as I'm concerned. Maybe one of my favorite purchases from Amazon, certainly the best wallet I've owned. Lost a star because of the width, but for all I know they've fixed that since then. ... show more
