Worked exactly as expected and didn’t feel cheap. Plugged in very easy and it’s very easy to use. It read my codes perfectly, let me clear the codes very easily, and is also provides live data while the car is running. I used this to clear a check engine light for faulty o2 sensors. Great scanner, just basic enough to be super useful. It will show you some live data from sensors, and gives accurate codes when translating them from the ECU. I just had an emissions test done on my truck (state requirement). The technician who did the test was clearly not entirely confident in what he was doing. It passed, but sure enough, two days later my check engine light comes on. For less than thirty dollars this little gem told me precisely what the issues were, and allowed me to reset them. This is a really cool little device which helped me to figure out why check engine lights up on my Mazda CX-5 AWD 2016. Connects easily , interface makes total sense. I found an error code immediately and googled possible reasons and somebody mentioned that technician might not close the air filter compartment properly. I looked under the hood and bingo exactly this issue. Mazda dealer would charge me $180 for fixing their own issue … My deepest respect to Ancel ! ... show more
