A real life saver product. My check engine light had come on. I got this to see what the issue was. Plugged it in, checked the code, got the meaning of the code instantly. Turned out my gas cap was not secured good enough. Tightened it up, cleared the code, no more check engine light. I have a 2015 Chrysler 200, 2017 Kia Forte, 2018 Chevy Traverse, and a 2019 Kia Forte. This things hooks up to all 4 vehicles and does exactly what it says. Easy to use and easy instructions. Let's you clear codes and faults after repairs are done. It's useful and doesn't take batteries.

I installed some lights on my car and after starting it up, a few moments later, my engine died and I received four error codes on my dashboard display. After disconnecting the lights, the errors went away. This unit was able to show me those codes and clear them. It also has several system/diagnostic tests that it can perform as well as tell/graph a bunch of live diagnostic stats. I bought this to check car codes on my car. So far it has worked great and I’ve had it for probably about a year or so. It works with multiple cars I’ve tried it on. Seems to update easily enough. Can read codes well. Connects to the car easily.
