The product is as described and the metal is sturdy. I don't normally handle this type of product so I don't know how it comes standard, but it seems this mesh was simply cut to size and has edges that are sharp as a result. Be careful when handling it.

we used these on our generator shed to keep the insects and lizards out. Worked well but I foiund it extremely difficult to cut this mesh, which is good I guess

Very easy to work with squares of mesh. Only used a few but it was perfect for my concrete work. Very easy to cut and manipulate as it's not super firm. I was able to roll pieces up and make stems for concrete flowers. Great quality, highly recommend.

We have a rat problem. It comes and goes - but there is one particular window screen where they seem to always chew a new hole in. Just last week I disposed of a family of four that decided they liked our parrots millet. While I use heavy duty tape to tape over their holes (eventually I plan on replacing that particular screen with rat-proof wire screen) - they can breach that as well. I spotted these screens and had an AHA moment... I can tape one of these to the screen - and that should keep the pesky things out until I can get the screen replaced. What I received is exactly what was advertised. A package containing six screens. These are a fairly small mesh size - similar to a window screen (PERFECT!). These are made in China (if that is a problem), but they are solid construction and should fit the bill. Perfect for any situation where a more sturdy wire mesh is better than a plastic mesh. I can hear the rats gnashing their teeth in frustration already! ... show more

They were packaged well and came in quickly. Upon opening however, several strands of the mesh began peeling off and getting snagged on stuff. They are a good, inexpensive product, but they also feel cheap.
