My only complaint is that the knobs on the front are not marked (water gas) which left us to guessing which was which. Luckily we guessed correctly. Gas on the left and water on the right. The instructions were full of warnings and I think simple markings would have been nice. I had a friend help me and we got it installed in under an hour it was pretty easy. The little remote makes it really easy to control the temperature which I like, I just have to make sure not to lose it. It seems pretty high quality which is what I would expect because I paid a premium price. So far it’s been working great it doesn’t cut off randomly like my old one when I use to take long showers which is nice. The color also matches my rv which is a bonus. ... show more

This add says 3.9 gpm but when I unboxed it there is a big yellow sticker saying it's only 2.6 gpm witch made me very upset because I'm leaving tomorrow for a camping trip and had no choice but to install it or I would have sent it back For false advertisement.. It is hot for the 5 mins i ran it. ill see how it works this week I hope the water flo rate isn't to high for it to keep up. ... show more

Bought this to replace my existing heater that broke during the freeze. The only complaint is the drain hose is a little long, but scissors fix that. Wiring was very straight forward. I used lever nuts instead of the wire nuts it came with, and also used my own stainless steel screws as the ones included were pretty cheap and flimsy, hence the one star knock. Huge plus is it included the pressure relief valve and the door, so no need to buy extra stuff. Do yourself a favor and use two face silicon tape to seal instead of silicone rubber; removal will be a lot easier for you. ... show more
