I have a Fire HD 10 and I wanted to use it to jot down my thoughts and draw. I do a lot of programming and app designs, so sketching these things out are vital in my field of work. I bought this pen, and it works like a charm. It feels smooth in my hand and the pen is very responsive. It genuinely feels like you are writing with an actual pen. I use the Sketch app on my tablet, and my cursive and sketches glide beautifully across the screen with no glitches or stuttering. This is a stylus you can use on any number of devices with capacative (spelling? looks incorrect no matter how I spell it) touch screen. I use mine with a Fire Max, store it in the case's pen loop when I'm not using it. Tough aluminum body has a nice haptic-style texture and is easy to grasp with two fingers, paint brush-style. I got this for my Fire 10 HD, but it's a really old version. I used it for a few hours and it works okay - as long as I remember to press firmly. For drawing or writing it picks up pretty well, but buttons seem less easy than just poking them with a finger. It has a nice weight to it, like a high end pen, which makes it feel more substantial. Not to bad but also not the best. The calibration is kinda off so when using it the cursor is just slightly of center. It's a comfortable size and weight, battery life isn't to bad either. Could be better, but overall for what it is, not bad.

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a good quality stylus to use for sketching on my Android Phone (Pixel 3) and came across this one to try out. After unboxing I noticed the extra nibs provided (2x) which was a bonus and the stylus itself came with a nib attached. The stylus is true to the listing description, it is a solid aluminum body design with no seams and has a good weight to it. There is one flat side to the stylus body so it won't roll off the desk/table (see pics). I tested it out on the Android drawing app "Sketchbook" (see video) and was happy with the results! The silicon nib is soft and flexible on the screen and appears to have little lag time. I like the pointed shape of the nib as well compared to others that use a rounded eraser style. The only downside I could see is getting replacement nibs for this. The included extras should last awhile but I wish the seller would provide a link to replacement nibs if needed! Overall it's a good value for the build quality and extra nibs if you're looking for a capacitive stylus! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We tried these on several Amazon Fire devices, touch screen phones, a touch screen laptop & chromebook. The result was what you see in the pictures on every device -- spotty. It's possible to use, but your finger yields better results.
