  • Great wax once you learn it’s traits
Size: 25lb
This wax is not bad. Took me a while to get the right temps with this brand most of my test pours ended in rough tops and sinkholes but I found the best formula for this brand. if you heat to 175-180 then add dye(3drops per lb.) stir for 2 mins let cool to 155-160 then add fragrance (I use about .75oz per lb.) stir for 2mins then let cool to 140-145 and pour. This process in my opinion works best so far! I get near perfect tops every batch I make!! I do get a slight break in the wax around the wooden wick but to me that’s not mutch of an issue hope this review helps!! ... show more

  • Very happy with results.
Size: 5lb
I used this wax as a complete beginner, and my candles turned out great! I mixed in lavender essential oil and topped off with dried wild flowers I picked in the area I live. Burns great in a 8oz glass jar with a natural cotton wick.

  • Good, easy to use product
Size: 5lb
I just got this wax on Monday. This is my first time making candles and the wax has been super easy to use. I saw some bad reviews so I wanted to post my experience. I did a lot of research and use a glass measuring cup and melted the wax in the microwave in 30 second increments until it reached about 160 degrees. I then added the fragrance and stirred and then allowed the wax to cool until about 140 degrees then I poured. No problems. I have not burned any of my candles yet as I am waiting for them to cure but as far as results in melting and pouring, I have had great success and will buy again. ... show more

  • This is a lot of wax...
Size: 10lb
10 lbs of wax is a lot of wax. I made 6 small candles and I feel like I barely started getting into it. It will probably last me several years...

  • Love it!
Size: 10lb
I received this wax a few days ago and have already made some candles out of it. In my opinion out of the 4 different types of wax I have used this is the beat so far. It burns a little dark yellow but doesn’t cool that way. I hear it up to 185-190 put in my essential oils at 180 and let it cool to 130-140 before I pour and it cooled nicely. It’s also cheaper than most waxes but doesn’t seem like lower quality. ... show more

  • One of the worst products I've ever purchased....
Size: 25lb
Very disturbed by how this box of candle wax was worked out. This product is not what it claims to be at all..... Almost half of my candles came out with bad sinkholes, but some seemed fine, until you went to test them, and there were bad air bubbles in them, or sinkholes beneath the surface. Extremely disappointed. Been making candles for years, and have never once had this issue.... i also review products on a consistent basis for various companies, and this by far, has to be one of the worst products I've used.... I will not recommend this product or company to anyone i know because of how much money was wasted on this product. And unfortunately, I'm one that cannot afford at all to waste a penny.... Trying to see if i can't use what i have left because I made so many candles at once, i cant return it now. Which pisses me off, becaude that's $50 of money I've wasted on product i can't really even use now.... ... show more

  • Awesome
Size: 10lb
This wax is magnificent. I have been trying to make candles since early December and have purchased other brands of wax twice. I could never get nice smooth tops and the candle would have pits and holes. I followed pouring directions exactly but could never get a decent looking container candle. I purchased this wax and the first pour was perfect. I don't know yet about scent throw but looking forward to that being just as awesome. This wax seem to be fairly trouble free. I did not melt it in the microwave though as I have a melting pitcher so that is what I used in a pan of water. I love this stuff. ... show more
