After putting this whole thing together it’s missing a piece. There’s dirt all over this and some pieces are warped and disfigured plastic. Horrible quality. I’m assuming this was a return judging from the dirt all over it from someone putting the entire thing together realizing it’s missing a part. There was thick packaging tape over the beat up looking box. So this was returned and re sold to me. It’s not worth my time to take this apart you know that already that’s the point eventually someone will just accept that. I instead of a refund I’ll just do the right thing and warn the next person not to buy anything for you. Have a great day. ... show more

Easy to assemble. granddaughter loves it! best of all, made in USA and sold in USA, not China. Amazing support. 2 parts missing but we're mailed to me the minute I called and sent with an apology. Would definitely do business again.

The instructions were easy enough, but my goodness this thing was annoying to put together. All the smaller pieces come connected, so you have to snap or cut them apart. It makes for a lot of plastic nubs that aren't so pretty to look at. I used a file to file them down a bit. I was sent 2 of the same pieces for the sink part. Luckily I didn't really need one of them (back piece that is out of sight), but would have been nice to have. It seemed really flimsy at first which got me worried initially, but once all the pieces are locked into place it is sturdier. You will need a magic eraser to get all the scuff marks off. Once it is assembled it is actually really cute. I bought some stickers from Dollar Tree to make it look a little prettier. For $30, this wasn't such a bad deal. ... show more

Really excited to gift this to my daughter for Xmas. Upon opening multiple pieces weee scuffed and scratched with black markings. Pieces were built/manufactured with cheap plastic that was bent and misaligned, pieces wouldn’t snap together due to this and there are gaps where there shouldn’t be. Doors don’t close all the way either. It was a pain to put together and rather than take it apart, ship back and build a new one just decided to keep it. Box was a little beat up and appeared to be an open box. Parts were all there but very dirty. Had to wipe every part down. Very cheaply made but at $30 it’s not horrible. Disappointed in how dirty the toy was before assembling.
