I bought better quality billiard set and cue sticks separately. Delivery was a scheduled time frame and on time. The box is very heavy. First off: Amazon is not great at quality customer service. I spent 1000 dollars with room of choice delivery and the window for delivery was 8am to 8pm??? That's very inconsiderate. I took a day off from work to ensure I was here to receive it, even though they are supposed to contact you before delivery. (They won't) And guess what. They didn't show up. Until the next day around 7pm. Amazons delivery service is sub par. They sent a very small girl and a small guy for this 8 foot over 200 lb pool table, and sure enough they dropped it pretty hard coming out of the truck (no damage) thankfully. The delivery drivers were not fit for the delivery but they were nice and respectful and I helped them get it to my room of choice. Amazon needs improvement on communication, time, and effort for large deliveries. As far as the table itself. Very easy to put together, sturdy, stunning and great buy. You will need wood shims or leveling kit to get table to be exact but the table is very visually perfect and the black felt goes well with the grey wash wood. Cheap junk, came with pieces with the holes drilled in the wrong spot, I had to redrill the holes in the correct spot and fill the holes that were in the wrong spot, the legs had dings all over them, I had to sand and repaint them, the table and felt were ok, the ball and stick set are junk, get a good set separately if you’re going to buy this table, I attempted to get replacement parts that were damaged but the company that you get warranty parts from has nothing to do with the Amazon store that is selling this table and it’s like pulling teeth to get them to send you replacement pieces, I’d take a hard pass on buying this table, it’d be ok to put in your garage or a frat house but not inside your house if you’re looking for a nice well built table, next time I’ll look locally to buy a table I can see what I’m getting before I lay money down. ... show more

I recently purchased the American Legend Kirkwood 90” Billiard Table with Rustic Finish, K-Shaped Legs and Black Cloth, Brown and I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed! As a lifelong pool player, I've played on my fair share of tables and this one ranks pretty high on my list. First off, let's talk about the rustic finish. It's a nice touch and gives the table a bit of character. However, I must admit that when I first saw it, I thought my wife had accidentally ordered a table made out of old barn wood. Luckily, she assured me that wasn't the case and it was just the rustic finish. Crisis averted! The K-shaped legs are also a nice touch. They give the table a bit of a modern look while still maintaining a classic pool table feel. And the black cloth is perfect for those late-night games where you don't want to strain your eyes staring at a bright green table. Now, I do have to take off a star for the assembly process. It took my wife and me over four hours to put the table together. And let me tell you, there were some choice words exchanged during that time. I swear, if I never see another allen wrench again, it'll be too soon. But once we finally got it assembled and leveled, we were ready to play. And boy, was it worth it! The table plays beautifully. The balls roll smoothly and the felt is nice and tight. My buddies and I have been having a blast playing on it every weekend. Beware anything shipped with NSD will probably show up late or not at all. And expect damage as you can see from photo.These people dont call like their suppose to so you can watch the drop off, and they try to dump off package in yard and then sneak off so as not to answer questions. NSD should be ashamed of themselves, but their not. They won't even answer phone calls. I'm done just can't say enough bad things about NSD. As far as pool table goes. If you can get it for under 700 like I did, it's worth it. Nice table for the money. Minus the damage that occurred during shipping with NSD. ... show more
