Not bad. I wanted something to hold important documents. Pros - color is nice. Material on the outside is thick. The band to close the binder is thick and sturdy. Comes with the tab labels/paper to insert. Good amount of folders inside. Cons - the plastic folders/sheets inside are a little flimsy. I agree with other reviews that the folders/pockets could be deeper because the papers are covering the tab names. Overall, spacious, didn’t have to assemble besides putting the labeled tabs in. This file organizer is sturdy and has lasted for three years; however, I'm ordering something different and should have done it long ago to avoid two aggravating issues: 1) though I'm using standard file folders, when closed, the holder is too short and bends all the tabs down so I have to straighten each of them up to find a file, 2) I purchased something portable because I carry it back and forth from home to office, and it's too heavy and awkward not have a handle. ... show more
