I needed a way to organize some of my files that I am preparing. This item does just that, it does what it says. It has plenty of slots to organize my files, comes with appropriately sized tabs to write on, and it overall seems well put together. So far, i have about 100 to 150 pages in there and it is almost 2 inches thick! I plan to put more papers in there and I am not concern that it will be too much for this organizer. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. No complains other then the elastic cord that goes around the front is attached on the back and coincidently, in the last slot that the folder has, so you files at the end may become damage. Perfect for my needs, I'm actually reordering another set or maybe two. If I had one complaint, it would be it takes a bit to get the index tabs in the plastic dividers but no big deal. I can see where other reviews stated the elastic closure stretches the more it gets filled and it will probably not go back to original size longer it's stretched. 13 pockets but only 12 label spots so 1 pocket will not be labeled.
