So yummy and affordable, I will refuse to buy real pop tarts after having these because you cannot beat the price. They have a different texture, where they are more crumbly but I like that about them. Untoasted or toasted I could eat these every day.

I cant tell you how happy i am with the flavor of these amazon fresh pop tarts. Im so entirely glad i didnt listen to the bad reviews, because im not ultra picky or made of cane sugar. My husband and i have blood pressure issues and i camt be eating a tone of white sugar. These taste like pop tarts from the early 2000’s when they where made right. That name brand sorely tumbled downhill over the past decade and i got physically ill from pop tart bites because of the sugar. I dont normally eat sugar a lot, but had the craving for pop tarts. I ordered a verity box for my family, and this cherry box for my husband. Even he says it tastes tons better than the nasty lard and artificial sugars of the name brand. I am so happy with the texture and fruit flavor of these and i will continue to order these once a month for my family. Very well done, please never change them. They werent hard, or too soft, and the fruit filling had substance and a really lovely flavor. I eat one, then freeze the other for later! ... show more

We have been trying some of the Amazon basic brands to cut down on grocery cost and my kids thought this was a great treat and tasted the same as the name brand. I liked the price and that the delivery was easy. They do come a bit smashed.

I'm sitting here eating real cherry poptarts and Amazon's version at the same time. And I'm a bit surprised that these Amazon ones are actually better than the name-brand ones. I'm blown away. I've bought other Amazon brand food stuff and it's usually decent. I've never had their poptarts before though. Consider me a convert. There is more icing, more filling and the crust is super fresh. Also the filling and icing taste better than real poptarts. Also, these have a less fakey taste to them. Don't know how to describe it. Like the taste you get from baked goods that have a lot of cr@p ingredients in them. Also, less of a fakey aftertaste with these Amazon ones too. Wow, that's some good crust. And I grew up in a household with award-winning cooks. I also do most of the cooking/baking in my household. Anyway, I don't eat a lot of poptarts, and I don't eat them often - I only bought these because I needed something inexpensive to make my free shipping quota. Same reason I have the real poptarts in the house at the moment too. Same reason I usually buy any of Amazon's own-brand stuff. Amazon lost a prime customer but gained a customer who will buy their food brand to make shipping. Sounds like a win/win to me. lol ... show more

Wow, just ate the Cherry ones, and I was really suprised...HOW..great they are compared to Pop Tarts. Pop Tarts would get a 2 out of 10 and these would get 10 out of 10. You will not be disappointed. Plus, the fit the toaster a lot better, as they are fatter...Yummy for my Tummy. Please Go Ahead and Make your Day! ... show more
