I like everything about these jeggings except that the inseam length for normal is advertised as 30.5", but it's shy of 29" which is the short size. Did the wrong tags get attached at the factory? The mistake makes these a bit too short on my 5'6" frame. I will exchange them for the long length. I'd give 5 stars if not for the length error. The fabric is substantial, stretchy, and looks like denim. The waistband hits at my bellybutton and is so thick it creates a little shaping right where it's needed, and it doesn't roll, bunch, and the jeans stay on securely. For a sexy look, I'd get a size 8, but I'm in my 50s and the 10 fits close without being tight, like dress jeans, on my 145-150 lb body. I am 5’8”, 215lbs and carry most of my weight in my rear and thighs. It is hard to find jeans that fit my rear and thighs that *also* fit my waist. Because of that, I’ve worn old navy jeggings for years. Maybe others have noticed that they’re always out of things above a size 8? So I found these Amazon Essentials jeggings that look similar to the ON ones that I love and gave them a whirl. First, the material feels identical. Same denim feel but not the stiff, thick denim. They’ve got a lot of stretch and the waistband is comfortable. It doesn’t roll down, nothing gaps — it’s perfect there. I think longs might have been too long because with the regular inseam, there’s a little loose material behind the knees and they are definitely ankle length. (I live in a year round hot climate so, it’s irrelevant to me.) But if you’re in a colder climate and you want to tuck these into boots or something I’d maybe go with a long if you’re my height or taller. They absolutely stink like high school bio class lol is that formaldehyde. Idk if I spelled that right. There’s a tag that tells you to wash before wearing. Do it. The darker dyes definitely rub off. I’ll be ordering a few more pairs of these. They’re really comfy — especially in a place that’s so hot all the time but you have to wear real pants? Love these for that. Update: I have removed one star for the following: I ordered another pair in “long”. Long is what anyone between 5’7” and 5’9” wants but anyone taller will just have skimmers. The longs are what a normal inseam is. The regulars are short. They don’t have as much elasticity or as strong elasticity as name brand jeans so the front tummy area, and all of the *ahem* folds or what have you will be visible as if you’re wearing leggings. Not a hot look but longer shirts should cover it. The waistband does fold because it hits really high on people with shorter torsos. It’s not a deal breaker, but it’s also just kind of a weird height. Also, major wash inconsistencies. I ordered two identical pairs - one long and one regular. The regular has no whiskering on the upper thighs and the longs do. In the photo, there’s no whiskering. So that’s a little annoying because it’s not 2007. I don’t want whiskering. But I guess it’s just up to whatever the factory does. They’re also two completely different colors. But I ordered identical pairs, just different lengths. The regular was normal blue wash. The longs were that distressed yellowed color on the blue wash. So that’s also annoying. For what it is (cheap jeans) I’ll let it slide I guess but the inconsistency is annoying. ... show more

I am a teacher and I wear these pants to school. They look dressy with a nice top and are extremely comfortable. The stretchy waistband is perfect for comfort, and they have pockets!!! I have multiple pairs. The black hasn’t faded yet, but I also don’t put them in the dryer.

I ordered the black in a size 8 petite. I’m 5’3” and 138 pounds. I like the color and the length. The length is versatile enough that you can wear it cuffed or uncuffed. The stretch is nice and contributes to the comfort of the pant. I do wish they were just a slightly higher rise, they sit low enough that I am pulling and readjusting more than I like. There is no button or zipper which I like but also combines with the slightly too low rise and contributes to the need for frequent adjusting. Also, they are not really a denim, they are a little bit thinner which means there is a slightly visible panty line and I have to be selective about my underwear when I wear these. For the price point they are fine and I wear them fairly often but they are definitely not my favorite pair of pants. Hope this helps! ... show more

I have these pants in washed blue jean and found them to be very comfortable. I was looking for a white pair of pants that you couldn't see through so I thought I would try them in white. The white pair is just as comfortable as the blue, is a nice jean thickness, not too stiff, has a nice stretch, and you can't see your underwear through them. I do have to take the waist in as I'm hippier with a smaller waist, but that was easily taken care of by putting darts in the waistband with my sewing machine. I have these jeggings in denim (medium wash) & they are very comfortable & fit well. I wanted a nice pair of white summer pants so I ordered these. I sized up because I didn't want them too form fitting and that was definitely the right move. I would order again!

I am new to the world of leggings and recently bought some lightweight capris. I love them, so when I was searching on Amazon to see what else was out there, I stumbled across Jeggings. I have been looking for fitted jeans, but they are hard to come by for someone of my age (74), height and shape (5'1, apple-shaped). Most jeans and slacks are much too big in the thighs if they fit my waist, so I was intrigued when I saw these jeggings. I ordered these and they were just delivered. I like that they are a thicker knit than most leggings, and these have the stitching and pockets that make them look like jeans. They are form-fitting without being too clingy and are very flattering. My only issue is that they don't come in petite length. However, they are only about an inch too long, so perhaps washing them will shrink them a little. But if not, they are not so long that I will walk on the hems. They just pool somewhat around my ankles. Note that the tag says to wash them before wearing and only with like colors since the dye is likely to run. ... show more
