Baby should have fit the 3-6 month or 3 month range according to size table (23 inches, 12 lb) but was running a little tight length wise and pushing against diaper. Went up a size. Actual label on clothes received says “6 mo”. Since they run small I can see why these work great for small preemies per several reviews. There are two internal buttons as well to keep the wrap in place at armpit and hip. Easy to put on and fabric has good give to stretch when putting baby’s arms in sleeves. These are so soft and great quality. I like how they are so stretchy that makes it a lot of easier to put on baby. The side snaps are easy to put on and don’t need to go over baby’s head. The colors are vibrant, highly recommended!

I am a NICU nurse and I absolutely love the onesies with snaps up the sides. They make it so easy to take on and off baby without having to go over their head. I recently bought these for a friend who is expecting and I am so excited for them to try. The newborns are the perfect size for most babies 6-20 lbs. The media could not be loaded. These are one of my favorite simple baby onesies! I really love baby clothes in the bamboo fabric, and these feel just like that! They are a soft and stretchy, cool fabric. I also love that they snap all the way off for blowouts. They are a little bit more work to put on with all the snaps, but super easy to get off. The blue spotted onesie is Gerber size 0-3 for a size reference. My baby wasn't premature, but she was born at 5 lbs 8 oz. All newborn size clothes I had were too big for her. I looked at a lot of reviews on clothes that offered preemie size, and a lot of customers stated they were too big for even a 6 lb babies. These had good reviews all around, including a good fit for preemie babies. I bought just a few of these to wear her first month. I'm also a big fan of the front opening, in case it gets pooped or peed on, I don't have to pull it over her head. It's also nice when she's upset and crying, it seems to make her cry harder if I have to pull her clothes over her head. I do really like the quality of these, with the option of and actual small preemie size, I do think these are the best onesies on the market, and a great value for the price. Love these! So much easier with a tiny premie than the ones that go over their head. Material is really nice, design is cute and the buttons are easy. Also appreciate the v neck as it’s less likely to get milk drooled on it. I recommend these if your baby has had heart surgery and needs something comfy and easy to wear. They are lightweight and stretchy but also soft. So easy to get my baby dressed and undressed.
