They years later and still in amazing shape! Exactly as advertised. I never take it off even in the shower and has not discolored. Mine is scratched up because I wear other rings next to it but i don't care. Would buy again.. wish there were more color options though!

I’ve never been able to wear ANYTHING plated. My boyfriend bought this beautiful, early gift on my account I took my one carat off black diamond solitaire. None of the ladies in my family can wear anything plated but it was always gold plated. It’s stunning! I LOST WEIGHT so I just wanted you to know it’s safe! My fingers shrank. Size on point. I’m using Amazon Essentials for everything I see complaints yet if you notice Princess Kate’s ring it may slip around due to the size I love mine! I take it off doing dishes and washing my hands. This is a beautiful ring and looks more expensive than it was. It is a beautiful deep blue. Some have mentioned it looking purplish but I don’t see it. My ring finger is an 8 but I wanted it for my middle finger and ordered it a 10 and it fits perfect. The media could not be loaded. The ring is beautiful. I should’ve got a 6.5. So I had to put on middle finger. It stays on. I just wish it could’ve been more smaller. You know dainty like ? This is a very gaudy, tacky ring. So gaudy that it looks like costume jewelry. Not believable. Princess Diana’s sapphire wasn’t even this big. Anytime a man searches for jewelry for a woman there's always the stress that they will not like what has been purchased. Not in this case! Our second year anniversary is fast approaching and I chose to be smart and start looking early for a nice ring for my lovely wife. I have had great success with Amazon, as long as you read all of the information about the jewelry item, like in this case my ring. I was looking for a large 5 carat plus synthetic stone set in an array of diamonds, excuse me CZ, and a ring that would stand the test of time, wear and tear so to speak. This bobble that I purchased is the most stunning ring set in a beautiful Platinum coated base and it is absolutely magnificent. I wanted to get a ring for her right fore finger and now the hand that carries this ring and is absolutely a stunner. I've never seen her smile like this since we got married.... And of course I had the element of surprise on my side since it came early. As stated in previous reviews the stone almost has a black iridescent shimmer to it and then when you approach bright light the beautiful blue color starts to come through. I cannot express my thanks to the people that make this ring because for the money, for the moment, attempting to express my love, everything was a Grand slam!
