I knew when I ordered the necklace I would have trouble with the clasp as I am elderly, have finger tremors and long nails. And....The solution is a high quality magnetic clasp. I couldn't be happier. I can take it off for showers, house cleaning with chemicals and hair products etc. and gently wash it in Blue Dawn. It looks like new.
