I have this is the 6 qt size, but it was just to big to drag out all the time for just 2 ppl. This 3.5 qt is the perfect size. I toss mine in the dishwasher, NO HEAT DRY, and it does great. I hope the white/cream holds up.

I just wish I got it sooner. Easy to cook in, I use it everyday for delicious, nutritious dishes. I recommend only using wooden and silicone spoons/spatula to preserve the enamel.

I absolutely loved this pan. I wanted a “white”colored Dutch oven and braiser to match my white kitchen and stainless steel appliances. I wanted to order another one, however the price increased 15 dollars in a weeks time so I will wait for a price drop to order another one. Other than that, it cooks great and is beautiful in person. Love this pan. Some reviewers are saying it's difficult to clean, which surprises me. When food gets stuck on the bottom I soak it in warm soapy water then rub it right off. (Magic erasers are helpful.) Other customers have complained that it is not white. They are correct. It's ivory. My only concern is that there are already chips in the enamel (2 on the base, 1 on the rim) after only a few months of use. I wash it by hand and I don't stack any other pans in or on it. For comparison, I also have a 15-year old Creuset piece which was gifted to me (Creuset is well beyond my budget) and there isn't a chip on it after all these years. So I'm a little concerned about the durability. Otherwise it heats evenly and cleans easily. As long as the enamel lasts I'll be happy with it. ... show more
