    • Not everything is perfect
Overall I live My watch and I practically wear it 24/7- Let me start with what I like about this watch first because that whats important, the watch itself is nice , comfortable, ( i swapped out the plastic/ rubber band for a scrunchy band) the watch charges fairly fast depending on how low the battery is ( anywhere from 5min to 1 hr max ) usually i charge mine when ever i hop in the shower but i have gone several days ( 4 or 5 ) without charging, you can send notifications to your watch from some apps in your phone, you can customize your watch face from your watch app on your phone, it does a good job tracking heart rate, you can Check your co2 levels, stress levels and more ! Now for the list of issues, the watch and app dont always play nice and often times don’t properly sync, i have had to restart the watch weekly, i even have had to unpair and repair the devices, the watch is Bluetooth but you dont see anything for it in the watch or on the app, i wish it would indicate when i get a text but it only shows if you put notifications for messanger, also would like incoming call alert but it doesnt seem that feature works, i thought it did at first the watch use to say call connected. ... show more

With Apple's most recent update, my apple watch series 3 would no longer update even though they were still selling that version. So I started looking. Amazfit Bip U Pro is perfect for me. Great price, tracks my steps, heart rate, and sleep. It is light and comfortable to wear. I still get notifications on my watch from texting and know when a call comes in. Of course, it is not an Apple watch so I can not talk on my watch but I can decline or silence it and I cannot reply to texts but I knew that when I bought it. Battery life varies depending on how much you are tracking and even with all tracking options on, it last more than twice my Apple watch did.     • Good budget step counter, heart rate tracking not accurate
I really like the style and fit-- even on a small wrist, it fits well and looks professional. The band is soft and comfortable, though I do switch wrists if I'm wearing it as a sleep tracker, as keeping it on one hand over several days led to soreness. I like the number of features and organization, and the step tracker and GPS seem consistent. The heart rate monitor, not so much. This is especially frustrating given the PAI system which is entirely based around heart rate. I've tried tightening the band, but it struggles with heart rates over 140, often only counting every other beat, which is frustrating for tracking activity. EDIT: After wearing it for six more months, the heart rate tracker is even more inconsistent, whether on long or short workouts, it will undercount my heart rate by 20-50 bps, which makes any tracking that is reliant on heart rate unusable. ... show more

Limited watch faces provided. They want to sell you one for $1.99 instead. To check your blood oxygen (SPO2): "Place your arm on a table", "hold still", "keep the watch facing up". Are you kidding me? Never did get a manual heartbeat. "Wear watch one finger width from carpal", "Hold still" it said before fading to black. Tried many, many times before giving up. Looked at watch later on desk, said my heartrate was 68 (not wearing watch). Hahaha! ... show more
