Very easy for employees use unlike the more computerized versions out there. Easy to line up the timecards for punching in and out for all but the most inept employees. The internal light, clear window, and plastic film guide allows the employees to see exactly where the time punch will be printed to reduce double prints. The print is sharp and dark. The clock comes with a pre-installed ink ribbon cartridge. The LCD display shows the amount of ink ribbon left so you can order replacements before running out. Amano is a fabulous company to deal with. Their customer service is some of the best I have ever seen. You get a real person when you call, and the customer service people are so easy to work with. They helped me with all the questions I had and made sure that everything was perfect before we got off the phone. They followed through on everything they said they would do and followed it all up with emails so there were no problems. I give them 5 stars with ease!!! I love this product! It would be great if everything was made this way, made in USA, simple and easy to set-up. uses the same ink cartridge as the previous model! (imagine if MFC's were like this, how much less waste would there be?).

We purchased this unit in Dec 2022. We have used similar Amano products over the years for our employees who operate work trucks remotely. We had a need to have the unit repaired and it was under warranty. Amano customer service was very supportive and provided a solution to even customize our time card printing.
