I like leaving generous reviews of products and as I work overseas as a contractor. Sometimes VPN works for US TV networks but sometimes it does not. I was psyched about this technology. Actually I still am but I think this product went to market to soon. Many other reviews will back me on this. Many of them, like me, required multiple emails and many hours dealing with tech support. In the end, for me, it still never worked. My internet privider is AT&T U-verse. No choices there . That may be the issue . Who knows? Fact is, after almost a week dealing with tech support there were no conclusions other than “still does not work”. The return and refund process was smooth though. I really wanted this to work. You have no idea how much. Like I said, it went to market to soon. There are a lot of other reviews from people who, even when they made it work, had to jump through fire hoops with tech support to do it. Tech support has NO PHONE NUMBER by the way. Everything is through email which also slows the process down considerably. No product should almost always need tech support from day 1 to work unless they took it to market to soon. I work for a company that builds theme parks around the world. We are currently in China, and one of the biggest issues is the great firewall of China. By using this product, I am able to use Netflix, Hulu, Directv Now, Youtube, etc. just as if I were back home in Los Angeles. My Xbox and PlayStation also work great through this device. The speed averages roughly 6 MBS download, which may seem slow, but here in China is very fast and I experience very little buffering when streaming. This is an awesome product if you want to watch your Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu media while away from home. The set up was easy and the tech support was great with the help and their patience with me. I highly recommend this if you travel a lot and want to watch your streaming media.

This awesome product helps me take my content worldwide! I use it to Watch Netflix, Access Google/Facebook/Twitter in China without blocking, I also use it to watch Chinese dramas in Sohu TV in USA. I find the speed is much faster using this little device than otherwise. Similar to an ordinary router, It is pretty easy to setup. It’s an great alternative to complicated VPN setups. I originally had problems their techs tried working through it and even replaced the unit. In the end they refunded my money as it would still not work. It's a great and simple idea I wish I could have figured out why it wouldn't work for me.

This product is brilliant, I have the master located in the UK and the travel key in China, the units were both plugged in and up and running in a few minutes, no configuration required. Able to stream movies and access all UK content.
